Gender Diversity on Public Boards in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County: A 10-Year Retrospective.

 

This is a project done by a team I led for the course Gender and Public Policy at Carlow University.  I wrote the bulk of the paper and also analyzed the survey data.  This project continued in September 2016, with myself and another group member hosting a board training program at the YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh.
